Goatsbridge freshwater whole rainbow trout are gutted making them ideal for the barbeque or the discerning customer who wants their fish on the bone.
We sell our gutted rainbow trout in our Farm Shop in Thomastown, Co Kilkenny in 3 kg boxes ranging in size from 250 gm to 1kg. However, to make life easier for you, we can sell you the fish online.
