Goatsbridge Trout Farm works actively to achieve the Global Gap Aquculture-standard. Global Gap certified fish is produced according to a set of strict rules. The Standard covers the entire production chain from feed to fork covering legal compliance, food safety, workers occupational health & safety, GLOBALG.A.P. BRC Global Food standard Issue 8

Our processing plant, Goatsbridge Fish Processors Ltd is Certified to BRC Global food Standard, Issue 8 Since 2018 with a current Grade AA.

BRC is an international Food Safety Management Systems standard, and is one of the GFSI recognized certification schemes. It contains requirements for food processors to follow to build an effective food safety management system.

It brings together the entire food industry with a common goal: sustainable food production. This ensures that the production of safe, nutritious food within industry that also protects and enhances the natural environment and the local community.
