4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Almonds
Sea salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Line a baking tray with tin foil or parchment paper. Lay the four trout fillets on the baking tray. Lightly season with some sea salt and pepper.
Then scatter a tablespoon of mayonnaise over each trout fillet. Then scatter a tablespoon of ground almonds evenly over the four trout fillets.
Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with steamed potatoes and broccoli.
